Please read carefully before making a booking. Acceptance constitutes a binding agreement.

01  —  About Our Agency
  • Wandering Sojourners Travel, LLC (“Wandering Sojourners Travel,” “Waso Travel,” “we,” or “our”) provides retail travel services to passengers through independent vendors. By accessing our services or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  • Wandering Sojourners Travel acts as an agent on your behalf. We do not own or operate hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, or other travel suppliers, and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

  • The person receiving this document is solely responsible for informing all other travelers in their party of these terms and conditions. Payment to Wandering Sojourners Travel constitutes acceptance of all conditions herein.

  • Payments made to suppliers are released directly to those suppliers and are not held by our agency. Any refunds or cancellations are governed by each supplier’s individual policies.

02  —  Booking Accuracy & Legal Names
  • Upon receiving your booking confirmation, you must immediately review all details including passenger names, contact information, dates, airports, accommodations, and activities.

  • All names must exactly match the passenger’s legal first and last name as it appears on government-issued travel documents. Errors not reported promptly are the passenger’s sole responsibility.

  • Contact your Travel Advisor immediately if any corrections are needed. Wandering Sojourners Travel is not liable for consequences arising from unreported errors or omissions.

03  —  Travel Documents
  • Each passenger is responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including a valid passport, applicable visas, and any other documentation required by destination countries. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

  • Non-U.S. citizens may require additional documentation. Children, infants, and minors traveling without both custodial parents require special consent documentation.

  • The name, date of birth, and gender on all identification must exactly match your airline ticket and booking records. Wandering Sojourners Travel neither controls nor warrants visa issuance. Should a visa be denied, we are not responsible for any lost payments.

05  —  Final Payments & Cancellations
  • Final payment is due according to each supplier’s terms. Failure to pay by the due date may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of deposits. In some cases, no refund is available once a booking is made.

    • Cancellation Fee - $200 / person - Non-refundable, per person

    • Modification Fee - $50 / change - Per change, per person, after 24-hour window

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to your Travel Advisor. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations are confirmed only when processed and acknowledged by email.

06  —  Changes & Modifications
  • You have 24 hours from receipt of your itinerary to request changes without an administrative charge. After that window, a non-refundable $50 per change, per person fee applies to all modification requests.

  • All modification requests must be made in writing to your Travel Advisor. Not all bookings can be changed. The fee is retained by the agency even if the modification cannot be completed or you choose not to proceed.

07  —  Airfare
  • Airline tickets are highly restrictive, non-refundable, and non-transferable. All tickets are issued for basic economy class and round-trip travel unless otherwise specified. Seat assignments are subject to airline policies.

  • If an airline cancels or delays your flight, you must work directly with the airline. We will not provide refunds for any portion of a trip missed due to airline issues. • Room classifications, amenities, check-in/check-out policies vary by hotel and country. It is your responsibility to verify these details with the hotel in advance. We are not responsible for charges arising from failure to comply with hotel policies.

  • In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to substitute accommodations of equivalent category and standard. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

09  —  Activities & Risk
  • Not all activities are suitable for all ages or medical conditions. Wandering Sojourners Travel is not liable for incidents arising from a lack of vigilance on the part of the passenger.

  • Certain activities may be unavailable due to weather, force majeure, off-season scheduling, or insufficient group participation. This does not entitle passengers to compensation. Activity costs related to outside providers are at the passenger’s expense.

  • Your Travel Advisor is not an insurance agent and cannot advise on whether a specific incident will be covered. All claims must be filed directly with your insurance provider per policy terms.

  • Read your travel protection policy carefully upon receipt. It contains important details about coverage extent and the claims process that are your responsibility to understand.

  • Infants & Children: Parents should bring appropriate food for infants, as it may not be available at the destination. Special equipment such as cots should be requested at booking, though availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • Pregnancy: Wandering Sojourners Travel advises pregnant travelers to consult their doctor before booking. Most cruise lines will not permit boarding after 24 weeks of pregnancy. We are not liable for inability to participate due to pregnancy.

  • Special Needs & Disabilities: Passengers with special needs must contact their travel provider directly to verify accommodations. Physical or mental conditions must be disclosed at initial booking. Suppliers may require that passengers requiring more than minor assistance travel with a capable companion.

  • All disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to final binding arbitration in Cobb County, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • Arbitration costs shall be split equally between parties. Neither party may file a lawsuit or participate in class action claims. If a passenger files suit rather than submitting to arbitration, Wandering Sojourners Travel is entitled to recover attorney’s fees and enforcement costs.

  • Wandering Sojourners Travel may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the current terms before each booking. Only passengers who have accepted the current terms may make a booking.
